MommyFit is a group fitness bootcamp for all Moms! Run by Certified Personal Trainers, its a great way to stay in shape during pregnancy or get your pre-pregnancy body back! The camp is designed for all fitness levels and is broken up into low and high impact groups. Children are welcome, but you don't have to bring kids to participate. All moms are welcome! Please bring your jogging stroller if your baby comes. Older children are encouraged to ride a bike or scooter along with us. Its a great opportunity to work out with your kids! No gym, no kid's club! Meet other moms and enjoy a great work-out! Best of all, we work out INDOORS during the winter months, so you don't have to worry about your little ones getting cold!
